1990 – 1992 – Third Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Afganistan.
1998 – 2002 – Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Great Britain.
2004 – 2010 – Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Since February 8, 2010 – Consul General of the Russian Federation in New York.
Holds a diplomatic rank of the Minister-Counselor.

Married, with one adult son.
